Vietnam Airlines has successfully changed its Passenger Service System migration since April 18, 2024. As the new system becomes operational, several incidents have emerged such as connection errors or slow data connection, temporarily affecting mile crediting in Lotusmiles member’s account.
Vietnam Airlines’ Lotusmiles Program has recognized the problems and is directing resources with top priority to work closely with the new system supplying partner and other service providers in the supply chain to fix the errors and ensure crediting miles correctly and timely.
During this time, if you have a flight that has not yet earned miles, and which are wished to be credited soonest, please enter a Request for Claiming miles as per the instructions here.
