Vietnam Airlines’ Lotusmiles Wins Loyalty Awards 2024

Vietnam Airlines’ Lotusmiles Program has won a title for having the “Best Loyalty Strategy – Entertainment & Media” in the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2024.

The airline’s frequent flyer program won a Bronze medal on June 14 at a ceremony in Singapore hosted by the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2024, an annual recognition of excellence in brand awareness and consumer loyalty in the Asia Pacific market.

The award marks the second time since Lotusmiles’ 1999 establishment that the program has won international recognition. Two years ago, Vietnam Airlines’ Lotusmiles Program was also awarded with a Bronze medal in the “Best Loyalty Program – Travel & Hospitality” category of the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2022.

This year, Lotusmiles reached the final list of two other categories: Best Card-Based Loyalty Program and Best Use of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Having beaten hundreds of opponents to win the award affirms the continuous efforts and improvements of Lotusmiles and Vietnam Airlines, especially when the world’s economy still deals with difficulties in the post-pandemic period.

Journey to win customers’ heart

In 2023, Lotusmiles strongly promoted a series of gratitude activities and increased experiences for members. Luxurious fine-dining party events “The Multi-Sensory Fine Dining”, “Rendezvous at the Glamor” and “The Art of Ikebana” have brought different experiences, sublimating emotions for Vietnam Airlines customers.

Furthermore, Lotusmiles and Vietnam Airlines joined to sponsor and expand the program’s membership at community events such as the TaylorMade International Tournament 2023 golf play and the VnExpress Marathons in Hue, Quy Nhon and Nha Trang, Hozo international music festival as well as the Vietnam Airlines Festa travel fair series: International Day, Sale Day, Experience Day and Christmas Fair.

These activities represent a testament to Lotusmiles’ unwavering dedication to consumer-centric practices that nurture, attract and maintain its member loyalty.
