The year of 2023 marks a new development in community activities when Lotusmiles cooperated with Vietnam Airlines to donate more than 6 million bonus miles thanks to the program’s generous members, contributing to the implementation of humanitarian projects. This community activity will further every year.
In May 2024, Lotusmiles’ Facebook page and private Tiktok channel officially became operational, marking a step forward in communication work, increasing interaction to promptly grasp member needs.

In 2022, “Vietnam Airlines – Lotusmiles” was named for the first time in the international awards program ” Loyalty & Engagement Awards”, Travel & Resort category, one of the prestigious awards handed each year.
In June 2024, Lotusmiles further reached the final of the “Best Customer Loyalty Program – Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2024” award and excellently crossed the finish line with a Bronze medal in the category “Program with Entertainment Strategy & Best Communication – Best Loyalty Strategy – Entertainment & Media”. Not only that, Lotusmiles also reached the finals of the categories “Best Card-Based Loyalty Program” and “Best Use of Corporate Social Responsibility”.
In addition to the Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2024, Lotusmiles also surpassed hundreds of competitors to reach the final of another international award – the International Loyalty Awards 2024, the most prestigious award of customer loyalty programs global scope.
While the final results have not been achieved, being on the final list confirms Lotusmiles’ efforts and continuous improvement.
