A Vietnam Airlines flight has landed in Manila on June 17, making the national carrier Vietnam’s first airline to run a direct flight service to the Philippines.
Vietnam Airlines now operates seven flights weekly between Vietnam’s cities and Terminal T1 at Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
Specifically, the Ho Chi Minh City-Manila route has a weekly frequency of 4 flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, while three flights weekly link Hanoi with Manila on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Taking this opportunity, Lotusmiles members are entitled to double bonus miles when buying tickets and flying Business, Economy Flex or Classic classes (booking classes J, C, D, I, Y, M, B, S, H, K, L) between June 17 and August 17.
Vietnam Airlines also offers one additional piece of free baggage for passengers who buy Economy Flex, Economy Classic, Economy Lite or Economy Super Lite tickets for the Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City – Manila routes.
The incentive applies to passengers buying tickets from now to August 17, 2024 and have the flight time from June 17 to August 17, 2024.
