The Lotusmiles Program has upgraded the “Reset/Forgot Password” feature to be more user-friendly since August 2024.
Members can now easily reset their Lotusmiles account password by entering 1 of the 3 following data fields:

- Membership card number, or
- The email address used to register for membership, or
- The mobile phone number used to register for membership.
After the OTP is entered, a link to create a new password will be sent to your registered email address. Please click on the link and create the new password.
In order to enhance the account security, your password should be created in line with the following rules:

- Password should contain at least 8 characters, including at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit and 1 special character.
- Password change is required once a year. The new password should not match the last 3 previously used passwords.
