Double Incentive for MobiFone Loyalty Members

MobiFone and Vietnam Airlines offer a special incentive program this summer exclusively for MobiFone Loyalty members who are also Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles members.
A MobiFone Loyalty legitimate member who is also a Vietnam Airlines’ Lotusmiles member, but has yet to link their Lotusmiles Account to their MobiFone Loyalty Account (Ket Noi Dai Lau).
After successful linking, members can:
- Convert MobiFone Loyalty points to Lotusmiles miles on the My MobiFone application or via SMS channel with the message CD_Lotusmiles card number_X (X is the number of points to be transferred) and send to 9237.
- Convert Lotusmiles miles to MobiFone package on the website vietnamairlines.com => Log in to Lotusmiles account => Redeem => MobiFone Rewards.

How to register for the linked Lotusmiles x MobiFone Account: |
- Method 1: Log in to My MobiFone application.
- Access the Long-term Connection system/click the Details button and click on the link to register the account linking.
- Enter Lotusmiles card details and click the Register button. After successful registration, the linked account information will be displayed in the Details section.
- Method 2: Log in to Vietnam Airlines website/Redeem Miles/MobiFone Award section and click on the registration link.
- Each customer can only receive the incentive once during the entire program period.
- Applicable to the first 5,000 members who successfully register for the association.
- Only applicable to members registered on My MobiFone application and Lotusmiles affiliated membership registration channels.
