Lotusmiles Offers Huge Mile Discounts for Reward Claims

Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Lotusmiles Program would like to offer bonus mile discounts of up to 50 percent for members to redeem rewards.

Program 1: Discount up to 50% on award ticket redemption

A discount of 30 percent will be offered on the bonus miles used by members to redeem rewards between August 15 and October 31, 2024.
In particular, a discount of 50 percent (25 years or 25 percent x 2) will be offered for the award tickets issued on August 25, September 24-26 and October 25, 2024.

Notes:

The incentives apply to award tickets with departure between August 15 and December 31, 2024.
The incentives are available only during the off-peak periods according to the Program’s compensation table.
Members can redeem rewards during the peak and off-peak periods other than this incentive period (if any) at the normal bonus mile rate.
In case after claiming the reward, should the member need to change the flight at a time outside the incentive period, the normal reward mileage rate will be applied to calculate the difference in additional miles.

Program 2: Up to 30-percent off miles when purchasing tickets using Cash & Miles

From August 15 to December 31, 2024, Lotusmiles members will receive a 30-percent discount on miles used to purchase tickets combining Cash & Miles on Vietnam Airlines flights (Flights with VN number and operated by VN).

For Economy class tickets: 30-percent discount on miles used
For Business and Premium Economy class tickets: 25-percent discount; For flights between Vietnam and Japan: 30-percent discount.
