Discounts of up to 50 percent on award ticket redemption
- A discount of 30 percent is offered on the bonus miles used by members to redeem awards issued between now and October 31, 2024.
- In particular, a special discount of 50 percent will be offered for award tickets issued on September 24-26 and October 25, 2024.

A 30-percent discount on miles for buying tickets using Cash & Miles
Lotusmiles members are entitled up to a 30-percent discount on the miles used to buy tickets using Cash & Miles method on Vietnam Airlines’ flights between now and December 31, 2024.

Bonus mile gift for new Family Account members
A gift of 1,000 bonus miles will be credited to members who create or successfully join Family Account for the first time in the period from September 30 through October 10, 2024.

Bonus miles for taking domestic flights
- A gift of 1,000 bonus miles will be presented to Family Account members when completing each domestic flight with Business Class tickets bought online;
- A gift of 500 bonus miles will be credited to Family Account members when completing each domestic flight with tickets bought online in Premium Economy, Flex, Classic or Lite Economy class.

Discount on group ticket purchase
Family Account members, who buy tickets in groups of at least four passengers and who travel together for the entire journey, will receive discounts of up to 15 percent on domestic ticket fares, or 5 percent on international ticket fares on Vietnam Airlines-operated flights.
The incentive applies to:

- Domestic routes: Tickets bought and flights taken from now through December 31, 2024.
- International routes: Tickets bought and flights taken from now through June 30, 2025.
