The Lotusmiles Program has cooperated with MoMo, Vietnam’s most popular online payment app, to offer benefits as a way to increase incentives for members.
Under the partnership, Lotusmiles members can convert Lotusmiles miles to MoMo rewards coins and vice versa. MoMo facilitates payments for various expenses such as money transfer, deposits for savings, travel booking, movie ticket purchase, donation and shopping.

Instructions for Conversions |
| Step 1 | Log in to Lotusmiles account at www.vietnamairlines.com, go to Redeem for MoMo, or log in to MoMo account using MoMo app and go to MoMo Rewards. |
| Step 2 | Select to convert miles to coins or coins to miles. |
| Step 3 | Conduct the conversion after registering the linkage between Lotusmiles and MoMo |
Notes:

- Members need to register the link between the two programs in order to convert miles and coins.
- Conversion between Lotusmiles miles and MoMo coins can be done at Vietnam Airlines’ website or via MoMo app.
In addition, customers who enroll as a new Lotusmiles member via MoMo app and successfully change the password will be given 2,000 bonus miles and get an immediate card upgrade to Silver tier.
