Vietnam Airlines and Vietcombank have teamed up to deliver special incentives to owners of the co-branded Vietcombank Vietnam Airlines American Express credit card.

Program 1: Fly in style with Lotusmiles Gold membership card

From October 15, 2024 to April 14, 2025, Lotusmiles members who have the Vietcombank Vietnam Airlines American Express card newly issued and reached qualified spending will have a chance to receive a free Lotusmiles card. You can use this Lotusmiles gift card or give it to your relatives or friends as long as they also have a Vietcombank Vietnam Airlines American Express card:

The Lotusmiles membership card brings to customers attractive privileges such as accumulating bonus miles, priority airport check-in, entry to Business Class lounge and extra baggage allowance…

In addition, customers registering the highest spending will receive:

• A pair of domestic round-trip tickets in Vietnam in Business Class (customer having the highest spending each month).
• A pair of round-trip tickets in Business Class for flying to Northeast Asian destinations (customer having the highest spending in the entire program).

Notes:

• Each member can only receive a maximum of one monthly prize.
• Customers can receive both a pair of domestic tickets and a pair of international tickets at the same time if they satisfy both the conditions for the monthly prize and the prize of the entire program.
• In case no customer satisfies the conditions to receive the monthly prize pair, that pair of tickets will be accumulated for use in the following month.

Program 2: Swipe the Vietcombank American Express Card – Get Shocking Refunds

From October 15, 2024 to January 14, 2025, Vietcombank Vietnam Airlines American Express international credit cardholders will receive a refund of up to VND 1 million when purchasing tickets via Vietnam Airlines app or the airline’s website.

The incentive applies to payment transactions worth at least VND 4 million with the specific following refunds:

• A refund worth VND 500,000 for each transaction valued from VND 4 million to below VND 10 million;
• A refund worth VND 1,000,000 for each transaction valued from at least VND 10 million.

Note:

Each cardholder can the maximum refund of VND 1 million during the program period. The refund will be automatically added to the customer’s card account.
