Entitled as 5AM, Vietnam’s first music event combining sports and concert held at dawn by Vietnam Airlines and SpaceSpeakers Group will return next month.
The event, combining relaxing activities and early morning sports, will be held on December 7 in the romantic air of the central highland city of Da Lat, following its successful debut in January 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City where participants went jogging, practiced Yoga and joined a special concert performed by famous artists.
Taking the venue influenced by French architecture at Da Lat College, 5AM Season 2 promises a variety of activities, including morning runs around Xuan Huong Lake, meditation sessions for balance, and inspiring workshops.
A key highlight will be a vibrant music concert featuring popular artists from SpaceSpeakers Group and special guest performers, delivering uplifting moments and a strong sense of connection.
More than just a concert, 5AM promotes a positive lifestyle, encouraging early rising, physical activity and mental well-being. Lasting between 4:30 - 10:30 a.m, the event focuses on nurturing “Body-Mind-Spirit” and aims at helping participants rediscover positive energy amidst a busy life.
