In order to claim miles for the flights with Vietnam Airlines or partners taken within 06 months from the enrollment date, please take the following instructions:

• Option 1: Access your Lotusmiles account on the Vietnam Airlines website or the app and fill out flight information as required. See more details here
• Option 2: Contact the nearest Vietnam Airlines branch and provide necessary documents (airline tickets and boarding passes)
