Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Lotusmiles Program would like to offer bonus mile discounts of 25 percent for members to redeem rewards.

Program 1: Discount 25% on Award ticket redemption

A discount of 25 percent on miles when members redeem award tickets between November 11-25, 2024 and December 12-25, 2024 for off-peak flights taken from now to June 30, 2025.

Notes:

This offer applies to award tickets issued or exchanged within the promotional redemption period. In case of ticket exchange: Both old and new tickets must be issued between November 11-25, 2024 and December 12-25, 2024.
Members can redeem award tickets during the peak and off-peak periods other than this incentive period (if any) at the normal bonus mile rate. Please click here for the normal mileage redemption table; The award peak season periods and the award redemption instruction.
In case after claiming the reward, should the member need to change the flight at a time outside the incentive period, the normal mileage rate will be applied to calculate the difference in additional miles.

Program 2: Up to 30-percent off miles when purchasing tickets using Cash & Miles

From now to December 31, 2024, Lotusmiles members will receive a 30-percent discount on miles used to purchase tickets combining Cash & Miles on Vietnam Airlines flights (Flights with VN number and operated by VN).

For Economy class tickets: 30-percent discount on miles used
For Business and Premium Economy class tickets: 25-percent discount; For flights between Vietnam and Japan: 30-percent discount.
