Vietnam Airlines, MG Vietnam To Raise

Vietnam Airlines and SAIC Motor Vietnam Company, a subsidiary of China’s SAIC Motor, have joined hands to bring more exclusive incentives to customers.

The national carrier and SAIC Motor Vietnam Company, also known as MG Vietnam, would carry out joint incentive programs and communication campaigns, following a cooperation agreement signed on November 6, 2024.

In this cooperation spirit MG Vietnam and Lotusmiles have set three main goals as follows:

• To enhance brand awareness through joint communication programs and events, helping customers get closer to their products and services.
• To develop customer loyalty services with exclusive incentives and enhanced services when customers use MG Vietnam’s and Lotusmiles services.
• To boost customer engagement by providing seamless experiences on every journey, bringing superior convenience and added value to customers.

The cooperation also represents an opportunity for Lotusmiles to expand the scope of its service, bringing Lotusmiles members in Vietnam added values ​​in line with their trust and companionship over the past time.

In order to welcome the cooperation, Vietnam Airlines and MG Vietnam organize the “Thousands of miles flying with MG7” campaign, under which customers just need to scan the program’s QR code, fill in the questionnaire between now and January 31, 2025 to join a lucky draw and get a chance to receive one of the following valuable prizes:

• Five trips to London; or
• Fifteen trips to Shanghai;

All the journey expenses including round-trip airfare, visa fees, accommodation and travels, are sponsored by Vietnam Airlines and MG Vietnam.
