Lotusmiles Upgrades Its Online Account Functions

Several Online Account functions in Lotusmiles member’s account at the website www.vietnamairlines.com have just been upgraded to be more user-friendly.

Account Information

• A chart incorporating criteria such as “Qualifying miles” and “Qualifying segments” already owned by Lotusmiles members as well as the number of miles/segments required to upgrade/maintain the current card tier is visualized;
• New! Required number of qualifying miles on VN-coded flights to achieve the lifetime Million Miler membership tier is now added.

Activity History
Lotusmiles members can now look up:

• Activities of up to 50 transactions;
• Transactions can be filtered by time period (Members can only look up transactions within a maximum period of six months for each search query);
• Details of flights taken, including the route, ticket number, accumulated qualifying miles and qualifying segments accrual coefficient.

The Lotusmiles Program hopes that the upgrade of the information searching feature will bring new and useful experiences to members.
