The Lotusmiles Program regulations for 2025 have been updated with the following changes:
1. Amendments to the Flight Award Redemption Table for flight tickets and service upgrades on VNA flights:

Changes to the service upgrade award table: |

- Added mileage deduction for the Economy Lite fare group (Q, N, R classes) to upgrade services.
- Adjustment to mileage deduction amounts for service upgrades on certain routes: Members will now redeem additional miles to cover the difference in taxes and fees when upgrading to Premium Economy or Business Class (previously paid in cash).

Introduction of sustainable fuel surcharges (SAF) on routes to Europe and India.

2. Amendments to the award table for air tickets on flights operated by SkyTeam and non-SkyTeam airlines.

3. Addition of flights operated by Pacific Airlines for award ticket redemption:
From March 10, 2025, members can redeem miles for award tickets on flights with numbers VN6000-VN6999, operated by Pacific Airlines. This policy will expand award ticket options for you and your family.
4. Adjustments to the pricing of some Lotusmiles products in Vietnam (prices exclude VAT):

- Qualifying miles: VND 2,300,000/1,000 miles.
- Qualifying segments: VND 2,300,000/1 segment.
- Transfer of bonus miles: VND 230,000/1,000 miles.
- Conversion of bonus miles to qualifying miles/segments: 15,000 bonus miles per 1,000 qualifying miles or 1 qualifying segment. Conversion fee: 230,000 VND per transaction.
- Effective date: From April 1, 2025
