Vietnam Airlines announces that starting May 17, 2025, all of its domestic flight operations will be officially relocated to Terminal T3 at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
Please note that routes between Ho Chi Minh City and Con Dao, Rach Gia, Ca Mau operated by Vietnam Airlines, as well as flights operated by Pacific Airlines and VASCO, will continue to operate from Terminal T1 as currently.
This follows the initial phase of relocation on April 17, where Vietnam Airlines transferred flights on the Ho Chi Minh City – Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City – Van Don routes to Terminal T3. Over the past month, the airline has safely operated more than 1,400 flights and served nearly 400,000 passengers at the new terminal, receiving positive feedback on the convenience and efficiency of the new facilities. The smooth transition has been supported by the Airports Corporation of Vietnam and other relevant units, ensuring seamless journeys for passengers.

Enhanced Facilities at Terminal T3 |
Vietnam Airlines’ check-in counters are now located from counter 56 to 109, alongside 22 self-service check-in kiosksand self bag drop facilities. To facilitate the transition, Vietnam Airlines has also deployed additional ground staff at the terminal to assist passengers.
Passengers are encouraged to utilize the latest smart travel services available at Terminal T3, including:

- Self check-in kiosks;
- Self bag drop services;
- Biometric identification via the VNeID application developed by the Ministry of Public Security.
These services offer time-saving, contactless, and paperless travel experiences, enhancing comfort and safety for all passengers.

- Carefully check the terminal information printed on their tickets;
- Familiarize themselves with Terminal T3’s layout and facilities;
- Prioritize online check-in via the Vietnam Airlines website or mobile app;
- Arrive at the correct terminal at least two hours before departure time to ensure a smooth journey.
