Set your password quickly with just a few simple steps:

Select “Forgot Password” and enter one of the following:
- Your Lotusmiles membership number
- Your registered email address
- Your registered mobile phone number

Enter the OTP sent to your phone or email. A link to set your new password will be delivered to your registered email. |

Click the link and follow the instructions to create your new password. |

Security Tips for Your Account: |
- Your password must be at least 8 characters long, including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
- We recommend changing your password at least once a year, and avoid using any of your last 3 passwords.
