From now on, Lotusmiles members can redeem miles to upgrade their class of service (from Economy to Business or Premium Economy) directly on the website www.vietnamairlines.com. This applies to members themselves and to relatives of Million Miler, Platinum, Gold, and Titanium members.

Eligibility Conditions: |

- Tickets issued by Vietnam Airlines (ticket number starting with 738…);
- Flights with a VN flight number operated by Vietnam Airlines, including codeshare flights with numbers from VN2000 to VN2999.
Note: After the upgrade, the ticket will retain the original fare conditions, validity period, and mileage accrual policy.

Passengers who upgrade will enjoy the full range of benefits associated with their new class of service, including:

- Spacious and comfortable seating in Business Class or Premium Economy;
- Premium meals and complimentary beverages;
- Access to Business Class lounges at the airport (for Business Class upgrades);

How to Redeem an Upgrade: |

Select Award Upgrade, then enter your booking reference (PNR) |

Choose the flight segment, passenger name, and desired upgraded class |
Once the redemption is successfully completed, detailed information about the upgraded ticket will be sent to the member’s registered email address.
