Starting from July 2025, Vietnam Airlines implements OTP (One-Time Password) authentication when members invite accompanying guests to the Business Lounge at airports in Vietnam under Platinum or Million Miler privileges.
As soon as the guest’s boarding pass information is provided, the system will automatically send an OTP to the phone number or email address that the member has registered with the Lotusmiles program.
Please provide this OTP to the Business Lounge staff to validate your invitation.
In addition, the OTP code will be used when members perform transactions to redeem awards with miles in order to enhance security and protect the rights of the members.
To use this feature conveniently, we kindly ask that you ensure your contact information (phone number/email) is accurately updated in the Lotusmiles system. You may update your contact information via the following methods:

Log in to your Lotusmiles member account on the website or mobile app, go to the “Personal Information” section, and update your details.

Send a request for update (with a photo of your ID/passport attached) to: vip.lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com

Bring your identification documents and request to update your contact information with the ticket office staff.
