Which flights does the Status Booster apply to?
Status Booster applies only to actual flights operated by Vietnam Airlines (VN flight numbers operated by VNA aircraft). Codeshare and partner airline flights are not eligible.
Does the program automatically renew after 90 days?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically every 90 days unless cancelled in advance. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
When does the mile boost activate after payment?
Activation begins officially on your Lotusmiles account 48 hours after successful online purchase.
Can I get a refund if my travel plans change?
Refunds are not available after 7 days from the successful payment time, or once an eligible flight has been flown within the active period. This program is operated by Loyalty Status Co. Any disputes or feedback shall be handled by Loyalty Status Co. and not by Vietnam Airlines.
