This is the first service of its kind in Vietnam, exclusively designed for VIPs, CIPs, Lotusmiles Million Milers, Business Class passengers, and Platinum members.

The Check-in Lounge offers an exclusive check-in experience with 5-star service standards right from the moment passengers arrive at the airport. With a private entrance and a secluded space away from public areas, passengers can relax and complete check-in procedures quickly in a luxurious and private environment. A dedicated team of staff provides comprehensive assistance, ensuring passengers feel welcomed as if entering a premium hotel lobby.

Located at the very first entrance of Terminal T3, the area spans over 270 square meters, featuring six private check-in counters and 68 comfortable seats. The interior design is elegant and reflects the distinctive identity of the Vietnam Airlines brand.
