New Check-in Lounge Service at Tan Son Nhat Intl Airport – Terminal 3

Starting from October 15, 2025, Vietnam Airlines officially introduces its Check-in Lounge service at Terminal 3 – Tan Son Nhat International Airport. This is the first of its kind in Vietnam, designed exclusively for premium customers including VIPs, CIPs, Lotusmiles Million Milers, Business Class passengers and Platinum members.

The Check-in Lounge is a dedicated private space for completing flight procedures, tailored specifically for high-end customers. Here, passengers can enjoy 5-star service standards from the very moment they arrive at the airport.

With a private entrance, completely separate from public areas, the Check-in Lounge ensures absolute privacy and comfort. Passengers do not need to wait in queues; instead, they can relax in an elegant check-in space while a dedicated service team takes care of all check-in procedures and provides personalized assistance. This creates an exclusive and seamless experience, similar to being welcomed in the lobby of a luxury hotel.

Covering an area of over 270 square meters, the Tan Son Nhat Check-in Lounge is conveniently located right next to the first entrance of Terminal 3. The space is designed with sophisticated and elegant aesthetics, reflecting the distinctive image and brand identity of Vietnam Airlines.

The Lounge features 6 private check-in counters and 68 comfortable seats, offering a luxurious and private atmosphere where passengers can relax and complete procedures quickly and conveniently.
