The Lotusmiles Program has partnered with Accor, offering members the opportunity to earn and enjoy more from every flight and every stay.
Starting from October 3, 2025, members can seamlessly convert between ALL Reward points and Lotusmiles miles to maximize their benefits.

	Conversion of ALL Reward points to Lotusmiles miles: 3,000 ALL Reward points = 2,000 Lotusmiles bonus miles
	Conversion of Lotusmiles miles to ALL Reward points: 6,000^() Lotusmiles miles = 1,000 ALL Reward points*

(*) Members may convert up to 100,000 miles per year

How to exchange ALL Reward points and Lotusmiles miles:

Step 1:	Log in to your Lotusmiles account at www.vietnamairlines.com, then go to “Accor Reward Redemption”; or log in to your Accor account at https://ALL.accor.com, go to “Use my points” and select “Vietnam Airlines – Lotusmiles”.
Step 2:	Choose whether to convert ALL Reward points to miles, or miles to ALL Reward points.
Step 3:	Conduct the conversion. Your Lotusmiles account will be automatic linked to your ALL Accor Account after the first successful conversion.
