From November 7 to 30, 2025, members converting ALL Reward points to Lotusmiles award miles will receive an additional 50% miles and vice versa, as follows:

Promotional Conversion Rate:

• 3,000 ALL Reward points = 3,000 Lotusmiles award miles
• 5,000 Lotusmiles miles^(*) = 1,500 ALL Reward points

(*) Members may convert up to 100,000 miles per year

How to convert

Step 1	Log in to your Accor account at https://ALL.accor.com, go to “Our partner” => “Use my points” and select “Vietnam Airlines – Lotusmiles” or log in to your Lotusmiles account at www.vietnamairlines.com or the Lotusmiles app, then go to “Accor Reward Redemption”.
Step 2	Choose whether to convert ALL Reward points to miles, or miles to ALL Reward points.
Step 3	Conduct the conversion. Your Lotusmiles account will be automatic linked to your ALL Accor account after the first successful conversion.
