In 2025, Lotusmiles successfully hosted the Loyalty & Engagement Forum – VNA LEF 2025 for the first time. The event brought together strategic partners and leading experts in aviation, technology, and service industries. Key highlights:
  • Expert presentations on topics such as the “monetary value” of loyalty points, the power of co-branded cards, and the application of AI in personalizing premium customer experiences.

Successful Hosting of SkyTeam LAG 2025

Vietnam Airlines was honored to host the SkyTeam Loyalty Advisory Group (LAG) Meeting 2025 in Hanoi on 29-30 September 2025, welcoming loyalty program leaders from SkyTeam member airlines.

Participants reviewed the alliance’s achievements over the past year and discussed key collaborative initiatives such as Next Level Accrual (modernizing mileage accrual processes) and Intermodal Journey (expanding seamless multi-modal travel), enhancing overall customer benefits.
 
 
 
Expansion of the Partner Ecosystem
In 2025, Lotusmiles expanded its partner network through new collaborations, including:
  • Financial institutions: Asia Commercial Bank (ACB), Maritime Bank (MSB).
  • Airline partner: Etihad Airways (EY).
  • Hospitality & lifestyle: Accor, MeliáRewards, Wink Hotels.

Members’ Contributions to Community Projects
 

In 2025, thanks to the generous contributions of 3,056 members through the program Donate Miles with Love – Nurture Happiness and Green” a total of 10 million miles were donated to humanitarian organizations such as Operation Smile, Facing The World, Vietnam Children’s Fund, Gaia, and RED. These miles supported travel for doctors and healthcare professionals in need.
