How to convert MagPoints into Lotusmiles miles:

Step 1:

Log in to your account on the Magnify: Your Rewards Companion app, go to “Convert Partners” select “Vietnam Airlines – Lotusmiles.”

Step 2:

Enter your Lotusmiles membership number to link your account.
|
|
Step 3:
|
Enter the number of points you wish to convert and complete the conversion.
|
Your miles will be available in your account shortly after transferring.
