We would like to inform you that your account currently requires verification and an update of personal information. As a result, the reward redemption function on your account has been temporarily suspended.

To proceed with the update, we kindly request that you provide a photo of your identification document (both sides of your Citizen ID card or the passport page containing your photo), along with confirmation of your phone number, email address, and mailing address. Upon receipt and verification of your information, the reward redemption function on your account will be reinstated.
