To assist with the verification process, we kindly request that you provide a photo of your identification document (both sides of your Citizen ID card or the passport page containing your personal information), along with confirmation of your phone number, email address, and mailing address at your earliest convenience.

Please note that additional supporting documents for the flights credited to your account may be required during the verification process.
