During our data review process for tier upgrade activities, we have identified indications that your Lotusmiles membership number may have been used to claim mileage on flights belonging to other passengers with identical or similar names, resulting in tier upgrade benefits being incorrectly attributed to your account.

While we proceed with verifying the related information, the reward redemption function on your account has been temporarily suspended.

To support the verification process, we kindly request that you provide a photo of your identification document (both sides of your Citizen ID card or the passport page containing your personal information), along with confirmation of your phone number, email address, and mailing address at your earliest convenience. This will enable us to conduct the necessary checks and assist you further with the account verification process.

Please note that additional supporting documents for flights previously credited to your account may be required during the verification procedure.
