To further share the benefits of the program, we offer bonus miles to both referring members and newly enrolled members. However, to ensure fairness, transparency, and the integrity of member data, all registration information must be truthful and accurate.

Through our recent review, we have identified that several accounts referred under your membership do not comply with the program’s regulations. This not only impacts the accuracy of our records but also creates financial risk for Vietnam Airlines. In accordance with Article 5 of the Lotusmiles Program Terms and Conditions, this is considered a violation of program rules.

We hereby notify you that all bonus miles previously awarded for referring accounts that do not meet program requirements will be reversed. In addition, the reward redemption function associated with your account will be temporarily suspended until the reversal process is fully completed.
