According to the program’s regulations, each member is responsible for providing accurate personal information to ensure the proper receipt of mileage notifications, membership card mailings, and other customer care services.

Recently, your account received bonus miles for referring new members. However, we have identified that some of the referred accounts do not yet meet the program’s eligibility requirements. As a result, the reward redemption function on your account has been temporarily suspended.

We kindly request that you inform the referred members to update their complete personal information (including email, phone number, and mailing address for membership cards) within 05 days from the date of this notice. After this period, if the information remains incomplete, the bonus miles from ineligible referrals will be reversed, and the reward redemption function will be reinstated.
