As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance service quality and deliver an ever more refined experience, from 14 December 2025 to 31 January 2026, the Lotus Lounge at the domestic departure terminal, Noi Bai international airport will undergo partial renovation and infrastructure upgrades.

Business Class passengers, Platinum Members, and accompanying guests: Served at the non-renovated area of the Lotus Lounge.

Elite Plus passengers and Gold Members: Served at the nearby Business Lounges operated by NASCO.

The Lotus Lounge will soon return with a refreshed look, ready to welcome our valued members during the 2026 Lunar New Year peak season, offering a modern space, enhanced amenities, and a seamless five-star ground experience.
