ADJUSTMENT TO TIER SEGMENT ACCRUAL POLICY

Effective from 01 March 2026 |
The tier segment accrual multiplier table has been comprehensively simplified to make it easier for members to remember:
- Increased tier segment accrual rates for certain domestic fare families
- Reduction in the number of accrual zones from 8 to 5, applied consistently to both domestic Vietnam and international routes
- Multipliers adjusted in 0.5 increments, making them easier to remember
- Clear differentiation among fare levels, ensuring fairness and transparency
This streamlined table helps members more proactively track tier qualification progress and plan for tier upgrades.

ADJUSTMENT TO MILE/SEGMENT PURCHASE PRICING

Effective from 01 March 2026 |
In response to exchange rate fluctuations between USD and VND, Lotusmiles will adjust the pricing of Lotusmiles products in the Vietnam market (VAT excluded), as follows:
- Purchase of tier miles/segments: VND 2,500,000 per 1,000 tier miles or 1 tier segment
- Transfer of award miles: VND 250,000 / 1,000 miles
- Extension of award miles: VND 125,000 / 500 miles
- Reinstatement of award miles: VND 125,000 / 500 miles
- Fee for converting award miles to tier miles/segments: VND 250,000 / transaction
Members wishing to purchase Lotusmiles products are encouraged to log in to their accounts on the Lotusmiles website or app, select “My Gift Box”, and use discount codes of up to 45% to enjoy exclusive benefits.

UPDATE TO UPGRADE AWARD CHART

Applicable for redemptions from 01 March 2026 |
The upgrade award chart has been updated with notable improvements:
- The required miles for upgrades now include tax and fee differences (excluding ticket issuance service fees if the award is redeemed at a branch), eliminating the need for additional cash payments as before.
- Introduction of peak and off-peak periods, aligned with the flight award chart to better reflect market demand.

ADJUSTMENT TO TIER QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Effective from 01 July 2026 |
From 01 July 2026, members may renew or upgrade to Platinum, Gold, or Titanium status by meeting either one of the following independent criteria: tier miles or tier segments.
