Vietnam Airlines would like to extend its deepest gratitude to our valued Lotusmiles members who have enthusiastically supported and accompanied us on the journey “From Golden Lotus With Love” in partnership with the Vietnam Heartbeat program, which provides cardiac screening and surgical support for children with congenital heart disease.

On December 16, 2025, the Vietnam Heartbeat and Scar of Life programs reached a remarkable milestone of 12,000 children with congenital heart disease receiving life-saving surgery, opening the door to healthier lives for thousands of young patients. Throughout this meaningful journey, Vietnam Airlines is proud to serve as a bridge of compassion, calling on Lotusmiles members to donate their miles and support the tireless journeys of doctors, medical experts, and volunteer teams, bringing free congenital heart screening programs to remote and underserved areas across the country.

The miles generously donated by our members have become a vital source of support, enabling Vietnam Airlines and its partners to deliver cardiac screening and treatment to underprivileged children, carrying hope and life-saving opportunities to thousands of young hearts. Over the past three years, with more than 2 million donated miles, Lotusmiles members have helped provide nearly 200 domestic round-trip air tickets for doctors, medical professionals, experts, and beneficiaries of the Vietnam Heartbeat program – bringing free heart screening services closer to remote communities and enabling thousands of disadvantaged children to receive early diagnosis and timely treatment.

12,000 healed hearts mean 12,000 journeys continued – opportunities for children to return to school, grow up healthy, and nurture dreams that once seemed out of reach. In every healing journey, there is the heartfelt contribution of our Lotusmiles members – those who chose to transform accumulated miles into meaningful acts of compassion.
