To ensure a consistent experience throughout the entire journey, the Lotusmiles Program would like to inform you of an adjustment to the check-in privilege policy for Million Miler and Platinum members, effective from 15 May 2026.

- Before 15 May 2026:
Million Miler and Platinum members are entitled to check-in privileges for up to 05 accompanying guests traveling with the member.
- From 15 May 2026:
The check-in privilege will be adjusted to apply to up to 03 accompanying guests traveling with the member.
