Lotusmiles has partnered with RBL Bank, one of India’s leading private sector banks, to give eligible RBL Bank credit card members a new way to earn award miles. Through this collaboration, card members holding a Lumière, Nova, Insignia Preferred Banking, World Safari Plus, or iGlobe Credit Card can convert their RBL Bank reward points into Lotusmiles award miles, making it easier to redeem for flights and other travel benefits.
The offer is valid from 04th September, 2026.

Login
On Website: Log in to the RBL Bank Rewards Portal: RBL Bank Rewards Portal
On Mobile App: Log in to the RBL Bank MyBank Mobile Application

Navigate to Miles Transfer
On Website: Go to Travel Section → Miles Transfer → Select Lotusmiles – Vietnam Airlines
On Mobile App: Go to Offers & Rewards → Rewards Sub-Section → Click on ‘Redeem’ CTA → Select Lotusmiles – Vietnam Airlines |

Link Loyalty Account
For first-time users, enter your valid Lotusmiles membership ID to link your account after one-time OTP authentication. |
| Step 4: |
Convert RBL Bank Reward Points
Enter the number of RBL Bank reward points you wish to convert and confirm the transaction using OTP. |
| Step 5: |
Receive Miles
Once the transfer is successful, Lotusmiles award miles will be credited to your linked Lotusmiles account. |
Your Lotusmiles award miles will be available in your account shortly after the transfer is confirmed.

Only Primary card members can initiate a transfer — Add-on card members are not eligible. |

Your RBL Bank Credit Card account must be active, not blocked, and free of overdue balances. |

Names on your RBL Bank Credit Card and Lotusmiles account must match; mismatched names may lead to a rejected request. |

A redemption fee of INR 99 + applicable taxes applies to each redemption request. |

Once processed and confirmed, transfers are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled — please double-check your Lotusmiles membership number before submitting a request. |

The validity and expiry of award miles credited to your Lotusmiles account are governed by Lotusmiles’ terms and conditions. |
