Lotusmiles has partnered with RBL Bank, one of India’s leading private sector banks, to give eligible RBL Bank Credit Card members a new way to earn award miles. Through this collaboration, Card members holding a Lumière, Nova, Insignia Preferred Banking, World Safari Plus, or iGlobe Credit Card can convert their RBL Reward Points into Lotusmiles award miles, making it easier to redeem for flights and other travel benefits. The offer is valid from 25th July, 2026.

Send your transfer request via email, call, or WhatsApp to RBL Bank’s dedicated service team for your card.

| Step 2: |
Share your Lotusmiles membership number, name, contact details, last 4 digits of your RBL Card, and the number of Reward Points to transfer. |

RBL Bank’s team will verify your Reward Points balance, membership details, and applicable conversion ratio. |
| Step 4: |
You will receive a confirmation update once your request is processed. |
| Step 5: |
Your converted Lotusmiles miles will be credited to your Lotusmiles account. |
Your Lotusmiles miles will be available in your account shortly after the transfer is confirmed.

Only Primary Card members can initiate a transfer — Add-on Card members are not eligible. |

Your RBL Credit Card account must be active, not blocked, and free of overdue balances. |

Names on your RBL Credit Card and Lotusmiles account must match; mismatched names may lead to a rejected request. |

A redemption fee of INR 99 + applicable taxes applies to each redemption request. |
|
Once processed and confirmed, transfers are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled — please double-check your Lotusmiles membership number before submitting a request. |

The validity and expiry of miles credited to your Lotusmiles account are governed by Lotusmiles’ own terms and conditions. |
