In line with the trend toward digital transformation and sustainable development, from 01 September 2026 Vietnam Airlines will gradually discontinue the issuance of physical Lotusmiles membership cards.
Members are kindly requested to use their digital membership card on the Vietnam Airlines or Lotusmiles app to continue enjoying membership benefits.

Requesting a Physical Membership Card |
| |
|
To accommodate members who still wish to receive a physical card, Vietnam Airlines will continue offering physical card issuance and applies the following fees:
- Card printing and delivery within Vietnam: VND 50,000(*) or 500 award miles.
- Card printing and delivery outside Vietnam: VND 500,000(*) (payment made in Vietnam) or USD 20 (payment made outside Vietnam), or 5,000 award miles.
(*) Please note: Fees charged in Vietnam are exclusive of VAT
From September 2026, Titanium members can request a physical card via the Website or Lotusmiles app. Gold and Platinum members will follow their respective schedules.
