Lotusmiles Program marks its 20-year anniversary this December. During the course of development, Lotusmiles has been continuously renovating itself, making policies, products and services in order to bring the highest benefits to members.
Marking the 20-year milestone with a membership scheduled at 3 million, Lotusmiles will have among them more than 250,000 premium members and nearly 500 Million Milers. These members represent the most respectful customers, who have always been, and will be supporting and choosing to accompany Vietnam Airlines. The 20-year journey has also recognized the cooperation with 21 airlines, more than 60 partners in other service fields in Vietnam as well as several key markets around the world.
Using technology, Lotusmiles Program has been continuously renewing itself to bring more and more incentives to members. In 2019, Lotusmiles has launched a range of groundbreaking products and services, directly aimed at members’ benefits. They include Cash & Miles program that allows members to buy air tickets using miles; Million Miler program that conveys appreciation to members with the most contribution; a new policy enabling members to convert award miles to qualifying miles/sectors for membership tier upgrade, and another that allow Titanium members to claim award tickets for relatives. In the coming time, Lotusmiles Program will continue to introduce new policies, such as Family Account, Corporate Account and expanding Lotusmiles award claims to non-airline sectors so that the accumulated miles can make more colors in members’ life.
Being Responsible, Proactive and Creative for a non-stop development and always aiming for self-renovation to bolster customers’ love, Lotusmiles Program has now marked its 20th anniversary with confidence and ambition, even though many challenges lie on the journey ahead.
