Question 1: What procedures are passengers required to complete for a domestic flight?

Question 2: Will the Lotusmiles Program further apply the policy on the Extension of Lotusmiles Membership Tier and Bonus Miles in 2022 for members?

Answer: Award Mileages and Platinum, Gold, Titanium membership cards that expire on December 31, 2021 have been extended. In order to support members to continue enjoying benefits, Lotusmiles Program is considering renewing this policy. Please follow updated information on Vietnam Airlines website and mobile app.

Question 3: I am an overseas member. My card has been extended thanks to Lotusmiles’ support policy. When will I receive the physical card?

Answer: Lotusmiles Program has temporarily stopped the distribution of physical cards to members with registered mailing address outside of Vietnam due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please use the card image in your account, retrieved from Vietnam Airlines website or the app.
