Improvement in Redeeming Lotus Lounge Access Award

Platinum and Gold members can produce their Lotusmiles membership card at Lotus Lounge and make the award request for their loved ones. The claim is processed quickly and miles are immediately deducted from the member’s account. According to the regulations, each Platinum or Gold member can claim a reward for one relative.

Lotusmiles has activated this new process in order to give members more convenience. Previously, the members had to manually fill in the “Request for reward” form at the check-in counter and wait for the invitation card to be issued by the airline staff, while the miles deduction only took place 2 to 3 weeks after the flight.

Note: Currently, the new process is only available at Vietnam’s airports of Noi Bai, Da Nang and Tan Son Nhat.
