In order to improve service quality, the Lotusmiles hotline 1900 1800 will only serve the members who call in using the phone number pre-registered with the Program, and which is recognized in the member database system.
Once dialing in from the pre-registered number, the member will be recognized by name, membership tier and served in accordance with Lotusmiles regulations.
If you have not updated your phone number on the database system, please send a photo of your ID from the email registered with Lotusmiles to the following address:
