In order to secure member’s accounts, please change the password for your Lotusmiles account according to the following mandatory rules:

Password must be changed at least once a year, since your last password change |

Set a strong password comprising at least 8 characters, including at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit and 1 special character. |
Members who have not changed their password since May 2021 (the time Lotusmiles changed the system) should change password of their account.
