Vietnam Airlines and China Southern Airlines (CZ) have expanded cooperation on their frequent flyer programs in order to bring more incentives to the members.
Please find the following updated benefits extended to Lotusmiles members.
✽ Mile accumulation
Lotusmiles members can earn bonus miles only when taking the flights operated by China Southern Airlines and which carry the code VN or CZ. For more details on the accrual rates applied for Lotusmiles members on CZ-coded flights operated by China Southern Airlines, please access here.
✽ Mile redemption
Lotusmiles members can use their miles to redeem award tickets on CZ-coded flights operated by China Southern Airlines.

✽ Service incentives
Lotusmiles Platinum, Gold, and Titanium members are entitled to service incentives when taking the flights operated by CZ with VN code as well as CZ-operated flights with CZ code. Lotusmiles members will enjoy the following incentives as per their membership tiers:
