Vietnam Airlines has signed a cooperation contract with Hanoi-based Hong Ngoc General Hospital in order to provide health care incentives for Lotusmiles members.
From August 1 to December 31, 2022, Platinum and Gold members are entitled to the following incentives when using medical services at the hospital:
Lotusmiles members are required to produce the membership card or the card image on Vietnam Airlines app when booking to enjoy the incentives.

Booking an appointment: |
| – | When a member makes an appointment, the hospital will send a confirmation message with an appointment code |
| – | Members should show the confirmation message with the appointment code and Lotusmiles membership card at the front desk upon arrival at the hospital. The staff will receive and guide customers on using services. There is a VIP lounge next to the front desk at Hong Ngoc Phuc Truong Minh for customers to wait while checking in. |
| – | The hospital accepts appointment booking during office hours. In case of emergency outside the office hours, members can go directly to the hospital and present their Platinum or Gold membership card to receive the service as per regulations. |

The incentive does not apply to medical services covered with direct billing. |
