Lotusmiles members packing for flights with SkyTeam airlines would need to ‘bag’ the following points. 

SkyPriority Service

Lotusmiles Platinum and Million Milers members, who are also SkyTeam Elite Plus members, have access to SkyPriority service at 970 airports in the SkyTeam alliance network, from priority check-in, baggage handling and separate boarding lanes to priority at ticket offices, transfer desks, security and immigration. SkyPriority makes all steps seamless, speedy and easy, giving comfort to each flight.

Carry-on Calculator

The carry-on baggage policy offered by SkyTeam member airlines may vary, so passengers could experience problems with their hand luggage during connecting flights.

Hence, SkyTeam has launched the Hand Luggage Calculator in English at the website www.skyteam.com to help resolve the problems, using either the metric or the imperial system. Passengers only need to enter the operating airlines and the cabin class of their flight – up to six legs per search – and the calculator will recommend the appropriate hand luggage for the entire journey, giving details of each SkyTeam member’s policy on hand luggage and a link to the airline’s dedicated web page.

Thanks to the new Carry-on Calculator, passengers can rest assured about taking connecting flights operated by SkyTeam airlines while complying with all their regulations throughout the journey.

SkyTeam Lounge opens its doors to Elite Plus, First Class and Business Class passengers at more than 750 such facilities worldwide.

Elite Plus members, First Class and Business Class passengers have access to the lounge with no reservation required. SkyTeam Elite Plus members are welcome to invite a guest traveling on an international flight operated by SkyTeam member airlines. It is not currently possible to purchase lounge access via skyteam.com.
