Vietnam Airlines Received Two Awards at 2018 World Travel Awards Gala

Vietnam Airlines has been honored by the World Travel Awards (WTA) on Dec 1, 2018 with two prestigious awards “World’s Leading Airline – Premium Economy Class” and “World’s Leading Cultural Airline” at the 2018 WTA Grand Final Gala in Lisbon, Portugal. The WTA is regarded as “the Oscars of the tourism industry”, established to honor the world’s best travel and airline brands.

This is the third consecutive year Vietnam Airlines has been awarded with the WTA. The prize had received votes from experts of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and a large number of clients for almost nine months from February 1, 2018 to October 24, 2018.

Graham Cooke, Founder and Chairman of WTA, commented: “Vietnam Airlines has shown remarkable progress in improving customer services and upgrading their fleet.
