The Call Center Service for Premium Members

To further enhance the member experience and provide greater convenience, from July 2026, Vietnam Airlines is pleased to extend its One-Stop Hotline Service (1900 1800) to Lotusmiles Titanium members, in addition to Million Miler, Platinum and Gold members.

By calling 1900 1800, you can now use a single hotline to receive comprehensive assistance with all inquiries related to the Lotusmiles Program, ticket information, reservations, and other Vietnam Airlines services.

As Lotusmiles wishes to increasingly improve the service quality to our frequent flyers, the program’s one-stop new service will create the most convenience for members each time they contact Vietnam Airlines.
