In order to meet the increasing demand for purchasing luggage in advance, as well as to create more convenience for passengers, Vietnam Airlines has begun offering a new option since May 15, 2018, selling prepaid luggage via its Vietnam-based agencies. Previously, passengers could only acquire prepaid luggage at Vietnam Airlines regional branches or at www.vietnamairlines.com website.
Passengers can select prepaid luggage of up to 100kg/person at discounts of 40-70% to the costs paid at the airport.
