On April 13, 2018, the 12th Airbus A350 aircraft has joined Vietnam Airlines’ modern fleet. This is the first A350 plane in the world to carry the paint color featuring global airline Alliance SkyTeam, accompanied by Vietnam Airlines logo on the fuselage.
In the past eight years being a member of the SkyTeam alliance, Vietnam Airlines has made a concerted effort to implement SkyTeam’s key projects in passenger services to benefit customers. In particular, Vietnam Airlines Business Class passengers and Lotusmiles members enjoy seamless service throughout the SkyPriority service chain (priority check-in, priority boarding, priority in the immigration and security areas, priority at baggage handling) at airports around the world where 20 SkyTeam members have operation.
Vietnam Airlines’ high-class passengers also enjoy seamless service while on connecting flights at all of SkyTeam’s main airports throughout the world, as well as access to all SkyTeam lounges globally while taking SkyTeam flights. Therefore, they can get diverse experience of lounges carrying cultural features in many countries, which help save time and increase comfort.
